Security is a serious business, which is why our recruitment process is rigorous and only those suitable, skilled and trusted are hired.
Due to the nature of the security industry and our own high standards, all Security Officer applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Full SIA licence in date
- A good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Passport/driving licence
- National insurance number
- 5 years checkable working history (and/or proof of unemployment)
- Clean police record
- Proof of reporting capabilities required at interview stage
Upon joining 4 Site Security, each new team member receives an individual training plan to help identify any immediate needs. We also outline a structure for their long-term Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
