Our team is Switch-ing up service excellence for our client

Switch Mobility, in Serburn-in-Elmet, is a British manufacturer of buses, creating sustainable vehicles of today. This large manufacturing site is where our July Team of the Month has impressed through their dedication, efficiency and positivity.

4 Site Security has been working here, managing the gatehouse and visitor parking as well as delivering night patrols, for our client Switch Mobility for some 16 years with a longstanding, small but tight-knit team. Our Services Operations Manager felt it was time that their continued desire to deliver consistently high standards, meeting challenges to delight the client with great KPI scores, was given recognition. The team gets on with their day-to-day job quietly, but what never fails to impress is the huge smile they always have on their faces.

Our client’s HSE Manager was delighted that they had been awarded Team of the Month, commenting: “Well-deserved! As I said at our meeting, conscientious, polite and always smiling.”
