We are delighted to announce Bakar Shah, Operations Co-ordinator, as our Outstanding Colleague of the Month.

Bakar’s journey has been a fantastic example of dedication, growth, and hard work. Since joining the 4 Site Security team, he has progressed through a variety of key roles, starting at the gatehouse, advancing to controller, stepping up as scheduler, and now taking on essential operational responsibilities.

Throughout his career here, Bakar has consistently impressed our management team and peers alike by always going the extra mile, whether that meant carrying out an extra patrol or taking proactive steps to solve operational challenges.

Recently as Operations Co-Ordinator, Bakar has taken his support for the team to an even higher level through:

• Guiding new team members: helping new officers find their feet and learn 4 Site processes.
• Building the team: by interviewing new colleagues.
• Leadership in action: stepping into a line manager role to support our new Operations Support role.

Known for his problem-solving and ability to think outside the box, Bakar consistently uses his initiative to support his colleagues and keep operations running smoothly. He truly demonstrates our 4 Site Security value of Excellence and has become a valued asset in the Head Office team.
