Our rising 4 Site Security stars... Ihti Mahmood - meet our new Contract Manager

Less than a year after he was promoted to Senior Operations Coordinator, we are proud to announce that Ihtishaam (Ihti) Mahmood has moved up once again in 4 Site Security to the position of Contract Manager. This means that, rather than keeping us organised with site scheduling and rostering, you’ll see very much more of Ihti out on the front line of our service. Ihti is excited by having his own growing portfolio of clients and getting out on the road to meet with them and our onsite security officers on a regular basis.

After a robust application and interview process, Ihti was chosen as the right person for the job. He will be bringing his outstanding organisational skills and abilities to the role as he organises his diary and manages new processes and tasks, while his open and accessible style of communication will be beneficial in building strong partnerships and trust with customers and colleagues alike.

Ihti says: “Progress is exciting. I’ve been able to do that since I joined 4 Site Security and I’m delighted to be moving on to the next stage. Good service is all about people and I aim to listen to and understand our clients and officers so that I can nurture great relationships with a strong customer focus. This is good for me personally too. I’ve always wanted to be the best I can be and I’m looking forward to this opportunity to learn and develop further.”
