Kinga is the newest member of the administration team, having joined us in April this year with a really detailed and organised training before her colleague Grace Skinner went off on maternity leave. She is coping admirably with her payroll duties – taking care of holiday records, sick notes, maternity and paternity leave, Sage, and wages – and assures that all is “fine” with a big smile. Kinga has a solid background in payroll with seven years’ experience.

“I was interested in the job with 4 Site Security,” says Kinga, “because I wanted to take the opportunity to develop more skills and knowledge.”

Gardening is Kinga’s passion outside of work. She loves her plants and has lots of plans for her garden, which is full of Hydrangeas, Clematis, and Acer shrubs, and it is her ambition to grow a beautiful Wisteria. She loves to run every weekend, go to the gym, walk with her 9 year old Lhasa Apso dog and to chill with a book.

We asked Kinga: What is something you never thought you would do, but did?
She said: “I never thought, when I moved from Poland to England, that I would be here for 13 years. I thought I would be here a couple of years but I’m so settled here that now it feels like my home.”
