We are delighted to announce the new 4 Site Security People Awards.

At 4 Site Security, we recognise that the strength of our business lies in our people, and we have been pleased to celebrate the achievements of our colleagues and teams over the years, through awards. With the launch of our Vision and Values, however, we felt it was important to marry the awards criteria and selection with the four key pillars of the 4 Site Way.

So, going forward for the new 4 Site Security People Awards, we want you to tell us all about our colleagues and teams who impress with their actions to support our clients and their end-users, their team mates, and the environment or the community. Their actions will clearly demonstrate the 4 Site Way and reflect one or more of our values of Support, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence.

Each month, our Senior Leadership Team will make an Outstanding Performance Award and Team of the Month Award, selected from the nominations received from colleagues and clients. The Outstanding Performance winner will receive a voucher and each month a Team of the Month will be announced. At the end of the year, a Team of the Year winner will be selected from the Team of the Month awardees. The Team of the Year will receive a special award and presentation.

If you know of a person, or a team, that is deserving of recognition through the 4 Site Security People Awards, we are very keen to hear from you. The process is simple…all you need to do is to let your line manager know that you would like to put someone or a team forward for an award, and they will gather the information and submit the nomination for you.

All of our winners and nominees will receive a certificate of recognition and be featured in our monthly newsletters.
