Our team at Adel Beck secure children’s home in Leeds were nominated for this award by Opertions Manager Mark Wilson who says that, “whilst working in a challenging environment, this team have the utmost trust from our client”.

From the control room, the officers are responsible for monitoring CCTV, reporting incidents and controlling access and egress.

They are a very strong team who have worked together on site for over eight years. Mark adds that what makes them stand out is that “they are always willing to pull together to help each other out. They take a pragmatic approach and work in a non-judgmental way with understanding. They have fantastic people skills and strong relationships with the managers on site.”
