We have created two new Mobile Supervisor roles to boost our support for our drivers and to create even better service levels for our customers.

Chris License and Hernani Banza, who have both been working with 4 Site Security as mobile response drivers for just over a year, have been promoted to these positions. Chris and Hernani both demonstrated great professional, people and customer facing skills in their interview, along with strong dedication, and a commitment to our value of Excellence.

“In my Mobile Supervisor position, I am looking forward to supporting our drivers with welfare visits, taking pressure out of a busy workload, and helping them to feel the satisfaction of being able to respond even more effectively when alarm calls come in. Keeping colleagues and clients happy excites and motivates me.

I am excited by the breadth and variety of the role, with the news responsibility of managing and escalating issues.

It can be a tough and stressful job being on the front line of mobile and response. I understand and have worked in the security industry for some 20 years. I want to make sure that help is just a call away.

Hernani Banza

“This is a great opportunity for me,” says Hernani. “I will take on new responsibilities of site visits and inspections, and support for controllers. I can use my experience to give advice and to support the drivers’ welfare when the work gets challenging.
