Lending a helping hand can mean so much…

Zaheer Ahmed was nominated for this month’s Outstanding Performance Award by Jo Fairchild, our HR and Administration Manager. For Jo, Zaheer’s professionalism and helpful attitude towards a colleague ticked all the boxes in representing our company values through his recent actions.

Control room operator Zaheer went well above what is expected of him when a system change meant that Jo was receiving a very high volume of telephone enquiries.

Jo says: “Zaheer is always so willing, happy and polite and is a great asset to the company. This is how he has embodied the 4 Site Way:
Support – he really helped me out at a busy time;
Integrity – he could have just dropped me a quick email, or no email or message at all but, rather than this, he took the time to leave me a detailed message for everyone that rang;
Trust – this clearly shows how much he cares about his role, his colleagues, and the company;
Excellence – he was already busy doing his own job but went out of his way to help me with mine.”
