James joined 4 Site Security eight years ago with strong experience in senior management and business development roles in facilities management and security.

In his role as Director, James takes responsibility for overall management and supporting the systems business growth. “4 Site Security systems isn’t just about technology,” says James, “it’s about the power of people. From the management team to the engineers on the ground, we are a tight knit and highly experienced team who are proud to deliver a personal service. My job is to ensure that people pull together by communicating with them regularly and making sure that their opinions and ideas are heard to help harness the passion of the team.”

James says that other key areas of his work are ensuring that the security systems business runs smoothly and efficiently to create a great customer journey and to find best value solutions to meet our clients’ bespoke requirements.

The thing that James most enjoys about coming to work at 4 Site Security is being “part of a wonderful team with wonderful clients”.

When he’s not at work you can find James “standing at the side of a freezing cold football pitch cheering on my youngest, who plays for the 1st Division local team. I love spending time with my family.”

We asked James: What superpower would you like to have and why? For a busy man like James, this was simple:
“I’d love to have the power of time manipulation so that I could pack in a few more hours to each day!”
