What an enjoyable and memorable day we had recently making our first 4 Site Security Team of the Year Award, and celebrating the fantastic achievements of our colleagues in 2024.

Even better was the fact that we had not just one Team of the Year but two! CEG Exchange Station and Damart were equally impressive in their actions and could not be separated. Therefore, we had double the pleasure of making them both Team of the Year.

The Team of the Year was chosen by our Senior Leadership Team members independently giving a score, across several categories, to each nominated team. The high scores received by CEG and Damart reflected their high standards of professionalism; commitment to their team, client and 4 Site Security; a positive and willing attitude; and dedication to walking The 4 Site Way, by both embracing and embodying our company values.
