We were contacted by Biffa Waste Services as they were unhappy with their current security provider. Despite having a night officer present, they were having regular thefts of fuel from vehicles.
We took over from the other company and made certain recommendations, regarding location of vehicles, perimeter fencing and patrolling, in addition to a change in officer’s. The thefts stopped immediately and Biffa were so happy they awarded us an increased charge rate, at their request!

Having provided manned guarding at this site for some time we became aware of a parking problem with unauthorised vehicles parking on a ramp that is used to access the underground car park. As 4 Site also provides parking enforcement we agreed to erect contractual warning signs and issue tickets to any unauthorised vehicles. Within days of commencing this service and issuing a couple of tickets the problem has reduced dramatically.

We were requested to provide a security officer following problems at the newly refurbished sports centre. The problems were mainly due to groups of youths hanging around the entrance to the sports centre and causing a nuisance to both clients and staff. We deployed an officer to cover the site 7 days per week, over the busiest periods. The presence of the officer and his pro-active approach resulted in the youths no longer congregating at the sports centre.
